Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Rezvy platform (“Rezvy”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Rezvy is a reservation-management SaaS that lets businesses configure their schedule, services, spaces, team and menu, manage bookings, publish a public booking page and communicate with their customers by email and SMS. The service is provided “as is” and may evolve over time.
3. Accounts and eligibility
To use the platform you must create an account with accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and use the service only for lawful purposes.
4. Plans, limits and billing
- The service includes a Free plan and paid plans (Pro, Business and Custom), with per-business limits (stores, professionals, services, spaces, emails and SMS) described on the pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- Plan changes are prorated by Stripe; unused time is credited to your next invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, then drops to the Free plan.
- When current usage exceeds a lower plan's limits, the change is blocked until you reduce the excess items.
- The Custom plan has limits and price set by the Admin and stays pending until the annual payment is completed.
- Except where required by mandatory law, amounts paid are non-refundable.
5. Customer payments (Stripe Connect)
Businesses may accept payments from their customers at booking time via Stripe Connect. In that case the payment goes directly to the business's Stripe account (the business is the merchant of record), and Rezvy may retain a platform fee. Rezvy is not a party to the sale between the business and its customer.
6. SMS credits and communications
Email and SMS sending is subject to the plan's monthly limits; additional SMS credits may be purchased. The business is responsible for obtaining the consents needed to communicate with its customers and for the content of those messages.
7. Public pages and subdomains
Each business may publish a public booking page (at /p/{slug} and, on Pro plans or higher, on a custom subdomain). The business is responsible for the content it publishes (text, images, logo) and for ensuring it holds the rights to it.
8. Data protection (controller/processor)
For its end-customers' data, the business is the data controller and Rezvy acts as a processor, processing that data only on the business's instructions and our Privacy Policy. The business warrants it has a legal basis to process its customers' data and undertakes to handle data-subject requests; the platform provides anonymization, audit and retention tools to support it.
9. Acceptable use
You may not: (a) use the service for unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent purposes; (b) send unsolicited communications (spam); (c) attempt to access other businesses' data or bypass limits and access controls; (d) overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform; (e) upload illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.
10. Intellectual property
The platform, software, brand and design are owned by Rezvy. The data and content you enter remain yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it for the sole purpose of providing the service.
11. Availability and warranties
We strive to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezvy is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss. Rezvy's total liability is limited to the amount the business paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
13. Suspension and termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. After termination, data may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and legal retention periods.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms; the last-updated date is shown at the top. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance.
